We are technologically advanced, with computerized databases for tax records, public records, indexes of prior properties appraised, MLS, and Marshall and Swift Cost Data. We currently use digital cameras and imaging to speed up our process and computerized mapping software to locate anyplace in our market area. We are EDI compliant. This means that we can electronically deliver appraisals to clients nationwide via the Internet and direct computer links - forms, maps, photos, everything, thus speeding up the response time from lenders to customers.
